It can be combined with the Walk Down by doing steps 1-3 of the Walk Down, pulling the coin to a position below the ring finger, then inverting the hand (palm up) and continue the walk across the fingers towards the index finger. Use thumb to bring the coin back to start as the hand is rotated again. Repeat.

This is a nice effect because the coin never stops doing the walking motion as the hand is turned up and down and it looks quite nice.
